Welcome to WayVora Tour and Travels. By booking a journey with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure that your trip to Jammu, Katra, Kashmir, and Ladakh is managed smoothly and professionally.

1. Booking and Payments

All bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment. The standard payment schedule is as follows:

• A 30% advance payment is required to secure your booking and block accommodations/houseboats.
• The remaining 70% balance must be cleared upon arrival in Srinagar or as specified in your customized itinerary agreement.

2. Itinerary Alterations

Mountain environments are subject to unpredictable weather and road conditions. WayVora reserves the right to modify or alter the itinerary if required for your safety. In such cases, we will provide the best possible alternative arrangements of a similar standard.

3. Force Majeure

WayVora Tour and Travels shall not be held liable for any delays, alterations, or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, roadblocks, landslides, political unrest, or flight cancellations. Any additional costs incurred due to these factors will be borne by the traveler.

4. Traveler Responsibilities

• Travelers must carry valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhar Card, Passport, or Voter ID) at all times.
• For foreign nationals, a valid Passport and Visa are mandatory.
• Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings. WayVora is not liable for lost or damaged luggage.

5. Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
